“I stopped buying four separate things. That alone made me consistent for the first time in two years.”Rhea M.
Shared pilot-panel rating.
30 testers used Daily Greens, Signal, or both for 24 days. It is a combined pilot score, not a product-specific average or clinical result. Read the method and negative feedback.
Every line on this page is explained in more depth in these guides.
The ones that come up most, answered plainly.
Not exactly. It includes a vitamin-mineral premix, but most of each scoop is greens, botanicals and fibre. A multivitamin delivers a list of nutrients; Daily Greens is a broader daily base built around Indian diets. Greens powder vs multivitamin covers which one fits.
It contains two prebiotic fibres, PHGG and chicory inulin, but it is a daily nutrition supplement rather than a fibre supplement. If fibre is the main thing you want, the fibre guide compares PHGG, inulin and psyllium.
No. Vegetables do the main job and nothing here replaces them. Daily Greens is for the days the cooking does not happen, which come most weeks.
Once a day, in the slot you can still keep on a bad week. One level scoop in 250 to 300 ml of cold water. If added fibre is new to you, start with half a scoop for the first three days.
We name every ingredient in pack order, with the standardisation figure for each extract, and there is no proprietary blend. Amounts are shown for the headline ingredients on the homepage; the full formula weights are not published.
It can for the first few days, because it carries two fibres, and going from no added fibre to a full scoop is the usual cause of bloating. Start with half a scoop for three days, then step up. Across the pilot panel, 26 of 30 testers reported no stomach issue at all.
Yes. They are built to stack: Daily Greens as the daily base, Signal for the work block. Amla and pomegranate appear in both by design.
Each batch is tested for ingredient identity, heavy metals and microbial limits at an NABL-accredited laboratory before it is released, and the report is published against the batch code printed on the pouch. How testing works.
Mango and lime, and it still tastes green underneath, because it is. If the taste or mix is not for you within seven days of delivery, the First 7 Promise adds ₹500 SWATVA credit to your account and you keep the pouch.
The fibre changes digestion within the first week or two. Anything else is a question of weeks of daily use, and nothing in a greens powder works on the first morning. Give it the full 24 days of one pouch before you judge it.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or on prescribed medication, ask your doctor before starting Daily Greens. The same applies if you take blood thinners, have kidney disease or take thyroid medicine, because greens and botanicals interact with more than people expect. It contains ashwagandha, which is not advised in pregnancy. It is a food supplement and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
