In short: if the taste or mixability of your first SWATVA pouch is not for you within seven days of delivery, email us your order number and a photo of the pouch. We add ₹500 SWATVA credit to your account and you keep the pouch. The First 7 Promise runs once per person.

Separately, an unopened pouch can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with a prepaid label, a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is replaced or refunded, and an order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full.
