In short: SWATVA ships free anywhere in India by tracked courier, with the tracking number sent on dispatch. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 3 working days and the rest of India in 4 to 6. We do not ship outside India yet, and nothing ships during the pre-launch, because pre-ordering takes no payment.
Returns: an unopened pouch can come back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with a prepaid return label. If the taste or mix of your first pouch is not for you, the First 7 Promise gives you ₹500 credit and you keep the pouch. A damaged, wrong or incomplete order is replaced or refunded. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Questions: email hello@houseofswatva.com or use the contact page. A person replies within a week.
