What we
did not find.

  • Seven testers reported bloating in the first three days. Two never took a full scoop after that
  • Four found the greens taste too grassy and said so plainly
  • The panel measured nothing. No blood panels, no cognitive tests, and no control group. That is what the separate randomised study is for
  • Twenty-four days is long enough to build a habit, and short enough that we will not claim more than that

A pilot panel is not a clinical trial. This page reports what thirty testers said about living with the pouch. The controlled study results sit on the home page, and the evidence behind each ingredient is graded on the research page.

Batch one
is fifty-five pouches.

The panel is closed. The first public batch is not, yet.
