Most brands will not tell you why a pouch costs what it costs. We will, in the order the money actually leaves, and we will tell you which parts we are keeping to ourselves.

We are not printing our margin, our supplier prices or what any single ingredient costs us. Those numbers are how a small brand gets undercut before it has a second batch, and any company that tells you otherwise is either much larger than us or not telling the truth.
What follows is everything else: the order the money leaves in, why the expensive parts are expensive, and what we deliberately chose not to spend on. If that is not open enough for you, that is a fair objection to have.
Largest first. No percentages, but the order is real and it is not the order most people expect.
By a distance the biggest line, and the one we protect when anything else has to give. Standardised extracts are bought on their active compounds, not by the kilo of plant, which is why they cost what they do.
Second biggest, and entirely out of our hands. It is included in the price you see rather than added at checkout.
Advertising, and the only line on this list we would like to shrink. Every rupee here is a rupee that did not go into the pouch.
Packaging, the blending run itself and the labour to fill and seal it. A pouch is cheaper than a tub, which is part of why we use one.
Courier, packing and the returns we cover under the promise. Free shipping is not free, it is priced in.
Smaller than people assume, and non-negotiable. This is a bill that arrives again with every single batch rather than once at the start.
The smallest line. Card processing, the store, the tools that send you an email when your order ships.
Nothing is charged when you apply. The price reaches you before you decide.
