Everything on the SWATVA journal is written by someone at SWATVA and published under their name. No agency, no ghostwriters, and no articles attributed to a brand rather than a person.
Most supplement content in India is unsigned. That is convenient for the publisher, because nobody owns a claim that turns out to be wrong. We would rather each piece carried a name, so that if something here is inaccurate you know who to write to.
Corrections go to hello@houseofswatva.com and we will fix the piece and say what changed.

The journal is here, and the glossary defines the terms it uses.
