We read and draw once, from everyone who pre-ordered. The form comes down at 1600 pre-orders or when the batch is spoken for, whichever lands first.
We used to take six kinds of proof and most of what arrived was none of them. Now it is one thing, and it does not matter which app you keep it in.

We read the pre-orders that came with a log and pick 25 from those. The other 30 places are drawn at random from everybody. A log gets you into two draws instead of one.
More people pre-order every day, so both numbers keep falling. Waiting only makes it harder.

You are in the draw for the thirty. If you sent a log you are in for the twenty-five we read as well. We write to everyone either way before the batch opens.

The 55 pay least because they work for it, sending us a line every few days for 24 days. Batch two has nobody doing that, so it costs what it costs. Prices never come back down.
