If you change your mind, return the pouch unopened and sealed within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We send you a prepaid return label.
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Choose a replacement or a refund.
If your batch record does not match what we published for that batch, choose a replacement or a refund.
If the taste or mixability is not for you in the first 7 days after your first pouch arrives, we add ₹500 SWATVA credit to your account and you keep the pouch. It runs once per person and is store credit, not a cash refund.
Email hello@houseofswatva.com with your order number. We reply within five working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
