Daily Greens or Signal: which one to start with
Two blends, two different questions. A short guide to which one to begin with, what is in each, whether to take both, and what neither of them does.

SWATVA makes two blends and they answer different questions. This page is the short version of which one to start with, written so you can decide in about two minutes.
The one-line difference
Daily Greens is the everyday base: plants, fibre, polyphenols and the micronutrients an ordinary Indian diet tends to run short on. You take it every day, and its case is nutritional coverage.
Signal is the focus blend, caffeine-free, made for the hours you actually need to concentrate. You take it on the days that ask for it, and its case is the afternoon.
Start with Daily Greens if
- Your vegetable intake is inconsistent, which for most people working full time it is.
- You are currently buying three or four separate things and taking none of them reliably.
- You want the thing with the broadest, dullest, most defensible case.
- Digestion and fibre are on your mind. Greens carries PHGG and chicory inulin, Signal carries neither.
If you only ever buy one of the two, this is the one. It is the base layer, and a base layer is worth more than an occasional boost.
Start with Signal if
- You already eat reasonably well and the gap in your day is concentration, not nutrition.
- You are at your caffeine ceiling by midday and still lose the afternoon.
- You want something you can take at 3pm without it costing you tonight's sleep.
- Vegetarian omega-3 matters to you. Signal carries microencapsulated algal DHA, Greens does not.
What is in each, briefly
Daily Greens, 23 ingredients
Wheatgrass and barley grass juice powders, spirulina, broken-cell chlorella, moringa. Pomegranate, amla, turmeric and citrus bioflavonoids on the polyphenol side. PHGG and chicory inulin for fibre, with Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 and a digestive enzyme blend. Ashwagandha and tulsi as the adaptogens, plus a vitamin and mineral premix. Mango, orange and lime carry the flavour, and monk fruit is the only sweetener.
Signal, 23 ingredients
L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, acetyl-L-carnitine and L-theanine in the cognitive group. Taurine, magnesium L-aspartate and algal DHA in the lipid and mineral group. Bacopa and gotu kola as the botanicals. Pomegranate, amla, tart cherry, blueberry and acerola for antioxidants, with coconut water powder and an active B-complex with vitamin D3. Berry and lemon carry the flavour.
Forty-six ingredients across the two, every one named in pack order on the ledger, with no proprietary blends in either. Neither blend contains sucralose, acesulfame or a sugar alcohol.
Can you take both?
Yes, and several of our pilot testers did. They overlap on only two things, pomegranate and amla, so taking both is not a duplicated dose of anything meaningful.
The usual arrangement is Greens in the morning as the daily base and Signal on the days that need it, rather than both at once. Timing and mixing covers the practical side, and the guides page has the routine for each.
What neither of them is
Neither blend treats, prevents or cures anything. Supplements in India are regulated as food rather than as medicine, and we would rather say that plainly than let the packaging imply otherwise. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, pregnant, breastfeeding, or on regular medication, speak to your doctor before adding either.
Neither is a weight loss product, and neither replaces sleep or vegetables.
How to get one
The first run makes 55 pouches, and you choose which blend you want on the application. Twenty-five seats are judged on proof of what you already do. Thirty are drawn at random, so a careful application is worth writing whichever route you are hoping for.
The application takes four minutes, asks for no card and takes no payment. If you are still deciding, is it for you is four questions and a straight answer.
55 seats.
Then it closes.
One blending run, 55 pouches, and no second chance at this batch. Twenty-five seats are judged on proof of what you already do. Thirty are drawn at random, so a careful application is worth writing either way.
